This site, Prozilla.com, (hereafter referred to as Sellopolis, site, or Website) is owned and operated by Fenix Publishing (hereinafter referred to as Sellopolis). Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand the Terms of Use prior to downloading or using any of the materials or Products from Sellopolis. You should carefully read all of terms and conditions as your purchase or use of any Sellopolis Product(s), membership, or services and use of this Website and any materials or Products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms of Use and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this Website immediately, not use any of the materials or Products available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service. 1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Sellopolis BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF Sellopolis OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF.
2. License

Sellopolis websites/themes are comprised of several different file types, including: php, cascading style sheets, javascript, as well as several image types including GIF, JPEG, and PNG. All PHP and JS files are released under the GPL 3.0 unless specified as otherwise within the file itself. If specified as otherwise the files are licensed and copyright to Sellopolis. These files are supplied to each paying user for personal and limited commercial use . You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind not authorized by our terms and conditions.

Websites may only be sold by active members in good standing and EACH website sale must include a unique registered domain name.
Websites may not be sold as scripts of part of a script package.
3. Ownership and Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Prozilla 2.0 products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Sellopolis. Sellopolis products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall my juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use Sellopolis products.
4. Refund Policy

Sellopolis does not issue refunds after the subscription purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at the Sellopolis site.
5. Warranty

Sellopolis products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Sellopolis does not guarantee that websites will work in all browsers, nor does Sellopolis guarantee that all products will be functional with all server platforms. Sellopolis websites are only tested on Cpanel servers with PHP 5.
6. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to Sellopolis products to fit your specific needs, however, you may not redistribute or re-release Sellopolis sites, even after modifications have been made, as GPL/GNU or under any other license whatsoever. Sellopolis credit logo and link may only be removed and or changed to your website by Sellopolis staff and are charged at $5 per website. Removal of this image/link by non-prozilla staff will result in suspension of your Prozilla account and the site will be removed through appropriate policies.

7. Payments

All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of each month, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next month if your subscription is still active. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time from within your PayPal control panel. You can also request a cancellation by contacting support. If you do not cancel by the end of the month, you will be automatically billed for the next month.
